Tour A:
Bennett College, Clark Atlanta, Hampton, Howard, Johnson C. Smith,
Morehouse, North Carolina A & T, Paine, and Spelman
Departs March 28, 2010
Tour B:
Bennett College, Clark Atlanta, Hampton, Howard, Johnson C. Smith,
Morehouse, North Carolina A &T, Paine, and Spelman
Departs June 27, 2010
Price The total price of each tour is $1,628 for students and $1,805 for adults. This amount is payable in one payment or installments. EST now accepts all major credit cards.
Deposit A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a space on the tour. Space is available on a first come, first served basis. A waiting list will be established when each tour sells out.
Installment Payments
After the $200 non-refundable deposit has been made, the balance of the tour cost can be paid in three equal installement payments of $476 each. These payments are due on the following dates:
(Tour A) Nov 15 2009, Jan 15 2010 and March 15 2010.
(Tour B) Jan 15 2010, March 15 2010 and May 15 2010.
* All payments must be received on or before the due dates for your scheduled tour. Please keep this this web page as a reminder of the due dates. You will not be billed.
Late Fee:
Include within the same amount sent, a $50 late fee if your account is not paid in full by the final due date.
Cancellation Policy
If a tour participant has to cancel, the following cancellation policy will apply:
